I am a huge fan of natural ways to heal yourself and your kids. The homeopathic method works but you need to follow the directions as they tell you which is normally every 15 minutes or whatever they call for. I set the kitchen timer cause I always forget. My Mother in-law used to sell herbs and she said it’s just a tiny bit of the herb that is on each tablet mostly it’s sugar.You can probably buy any of these at any local health food store.

Eczema– I read this probitic worked for a ton of babies/kid. Udo’s Choice Infant’s Blend Probiotic
Baby-D’s Liquid Vitamin D Drops – our Pediatrician gave us these to give to my newborn for everyday. I think it does help cause she had a cough for a day and I gave her that and she seemed better the next. Kids vitamins have this much in it though so they don’t need both.
Vitamin D– Adults quick tip, I read that a chiropractor had his patients on this everyday and the ones that were taking this didn’t get the flu all year.
