Newborn Mini PHOTOGRAPHY SESSION BOOKING
How to book your newborn session during the week.
To book a newborn session either newborn Mini or Newborn
1. A make sure there is an available date around your due date – which I do – 1/6, 1/7, 1/8, 1/11
2. I will create a contract for your session and email you that attached via email.
3. $100 non-refundable retainer paid via Paypal, Check by mail or card over the phone if you don’t have Paypal.
The $100 will deducted from your total balance that is paid at the end of the session.
4. You will need to arrive the first 3-5 days after your baby is born to ensure your baby is very sleepy and able to do a newborn mini session that lasts the 1.5 hours.
5. Contact me via email, text or call by phone once your baby arrives, then we schedule you in that will be helpful for the booking.
6. I will need at least 2 days ahead to get the studio ready as far as preparation setup and heating up the studio because your baby is naked the entire time and can not regulate their temperature.
Booking a Maternity or pregnancy photography session is best to book at 32-34 weeks and booking ahead helps we can discuss what options as far as wardrobe you might like to wear and to coordinate with your backgrounds. Studio maternity photography is an elegant way to keep this special time between you and your newborn baby timeless and classic. Contact me at least 3-4 months ahead to book, I don’t start booking till then. I appreciate everyone who is excited and planning ahead I just can’t take anyone past 4 months.
