I have offered a newborn mini session once they did come back because they wanted more than 15 pictures.
If you wanted to do this Saturday for 1-2 hours (2 hours max) 10 pictures $299,
You can purchase more later if you want after you see them of course. Your proofing gallery you will have about 10-30 to choose from once you see them in 1-2 weeks.
It depends on how if you want your newborn to be sleeping or you just want pictures of your baby in general awake with eyes open at this age.
