I tried this Lose it application after I had my son to get the pregnancy weight off. It worked great because it’s super simple and guess what FREE!!!
You just add your food which is already in there and even condiments. The only thing is Trader Joe’s isn’t but you can just pick something with similar calories or add your own food label 1 time and that takes maybe a minute. Then the food is added into a section that is “your food”. So if you eat similar things it’s fast to pick.
You can set a goal weight and it shows a graph as you go!
I love this app because you can add exercise as well
